Founded in 2025, the Galle Fort Mariners entered the league as the only internationally owned franchise, with a clear purpose:
to elevate padel in Sri Lanka while staying deeply rooted in the island’s culture, people, and competitive spirit.
Inspired by the heritage of Galle Fort, a historic gateway between Sri Lanka and the world, the Mariners reflect connection, resilience, and ambition. From day one, we set out to do things differently.
